v.2.23.3
Masking
Edit just the part of the photo you want instead of the whole frame. Pick the subject or sky automatically, or paint a mask by hand with the brush for areas automatic selection can't catch. Invert any mask to flip your selection: select the subject, invert, and brighten the background while your subject stays untouched. The AI Coach explains why you'd mask in a given spot, like lifting a shadowed face or toning down a bright sky, so you learn the technique instead of just applying it.
Histogram & Clipping Indicators
See how shadows and highlights are distributed as you edit, with live indicators that flag clipped areas. Instead of trusting how the photo looks on your screen, you can confirm exposure objectively. The AI Coach explains what the histogram is telling you and what to adjust when detail is lost, so even if you've never read a histogram before, you'll know what to do with one.
